We build it. We keep it running.

Four things we build, three ways we keep them running. Every engagement starts with a free assessment and ends with a fixed quote.

Part 1 — We build it

Infrastructure projects. Fixed quote, committed dates.

Core strength

1. Virtualization & Private Cloud Implementation

For businesses running servers — or about to — for accounting, ERP, databases, or file storage.

Most Nigerian businesses run one application per physical server, so every new system means another machine, more power draw, and another thing to fail. We consolidate your workloads into a private cloud — your own secure, in-house platform built on VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Proxmox. It's the same approach banks use, sized for your budget: cloud flexibility, with your data staying on your premises.

What's included

  • Assessment of current servers and workloads
  • Private cloud design and host sizing (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox)
  • Migration of existing systems onto your private cloud
  • High-availability setup — workloads survive a machine failure
  • Self-service provisioning — spin up new systems without new hardware
  • Documentation and admin handover or ongoing management

What it does for your business

  • Cut server hardware, power, and generator costs — typically 60%+
  • Recover a failed server in minutes from a snapshot, not days of rebuilding
  • Cloud flexibility with your data on your premises — no recurring public-cloud bills, no data sovereignty worries
  • Test upgrades safely on a copy before touching production
Pricing: A fixed project fee quoted after your free assessment, based on workloads, hosts, and availability requirements. Any hardware needed is itemised separately.
Core strength

2. Hardware Procurement & Installation

For businesses buying servers, workstations, networking, or power equipment — and tired of being oversold or sold fakes.

Buying IT hardware in Nigeria is a minefield: grey imports without warranty, specs chosen by commission, and equipment dropped off in cartons for you to figure out. We specify what your business actually needs, source it from authorised distributors, and install it professionally.

What's included

  • Needs analysis and right-sized specifications — in writing
  • Sourcing from authorised distributors (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, APC and others)
  • Servers, workstations, networking, storage, UPS and power protection
  • Professional installation, configuration, and testing
  • Manufacturer warranty registration in your company's name
  • Full documentation handed over at completion

What it does for your business

  • Every item itemised — you see exactly what you're paying for
  • Genuine equipment with enforceable warranties
  • Specs matched to your workload, not the vendor's margin
  • Working systems on the committed date, not cartons in a corner
Pricing: A fixed quote with hardware itemised line by line, after a free needs assessment. Our margin is transparent — we're paid for getting it right, not for selling you more.

3. Power & Server Room Fit-Out

For businesses whose equipment lives in a corner — cooking in the heat, dying with every power cut.

In Nigeria, most server failures aren't IT failures — they're power and environment failures. We build the room your equipment should live in: clean power, proper cooling, correct earthing, and organised racks.

What's included

  • Power audit — load calculation, UPS and inverter sizing
  • UPS, inverter, and surge protection supply and installation
  • Cooling and ventilation for your equipment space
  • Racking, cable management, and earthing done to standard
  • Safe automatic shutdown when power fails beyond battery capacity

What it does for your business

  • Equipment stops dying young — heat and dirty power are the main killers
  • Servers ride through outages instead of crashing mid-transaction
  • No more data corruption from sudden power loss
  • A server room you can show a client or auditor without apologising
Pricing: A fixed project fee after an on-site power audit (part of your free assessment). Equipment itemised line by line.

4. Cloud & Network Services

For businesses moving email and files to the cloud, or setting up an office or branch network.

We migrate your email, files, and collaboration to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and build the office networks that connect your team — with the redundancy Nigerian power and internet conditions demand.

What's included

  • Migration to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Licensing supplied and renewed through us, billed at cost
  • Network design, structured cabling, and business-grade WiFi
  • Internet failover between multiple ISPs
  • Secure connections between branches and remote staff

What you can expect

  • Zero data loss — verified before old systems are retired
  • Work scheduled around your business hours
  • Staff trained on new tools before go-live
  • One renewal contact for all your licences, every year
Pricing: Fixed project fee, quoted after your free assessment. Cloud licensing (Microsoft/Google) is billed at cost and itemised separately.

Part 2 — We keep it running

Monthly contracts. Fixed fee, guaranteed response.

5. Backup & Disaster Recovery

For any business that would be in trouble if its data disappeared today. That is: every business.

Fire, theft, ransomware, a failed disk, or one wrong click — data loss ends businesses. We back up your critical systems automatically to a second location, test the backups regularly, and guarantee how fast you're back up when the worst happens.

What's included

  • Automated daily backup of servers, VMs, and critical data
  • Off-site copy — your data survives fire, theft, or flood at your office
  • Ransomware-resistant backup design
  • Scheduled restore tests — we prove the backups actually work
  • A written recovery plan: what comes back, in what order, how fast

What you can expect

  • A defined recovery time, in writing — not "we'll try"
  • Monthly confirmation report that backups ran and verified
  • Recovery drills so your team knows the plan before they need it
Pricing: A fixed monthly fee based on data volume and recovery-time requirements, quoted after your free assessment.

6. Infrastructure Monitoring & SLA

For businesses that want their servers watched professionally — without handing over all of IT.

A lighter contract than full managed IT: we monitor your servers, private cloud, and network around the clock, and when something degrades, we fix it — usually before your staff notice. You keep whatever internal IT arrangement you have.

What's included

  • 24/7 monitoring of servers, VMs, network, and backups
  • Alerts acted on by our engineers, not just emailed to you
  • Patching and preventive maintenance on covered systems
  • Guaranteed response times, defined in your contract
  • Monthly health report in plain language

What you can expect

  • Problems fixed before they become downtime
  • Works alongside your internal IT person — we cover infrastructure, they cover users
  • Upgrade path to full managed IT whenever you're ready
Pricing: A fixed monthly fee per covered system — smaller than full managed IT. Quoted after your free assessment.

7. Managed IT Support

For businesses that want everything — infrastructure and staff — supported daily, without hiring an IT team.

Our fullest contract: we take ongoing responsibility for your IT. Your staff get help when they're stuck, your systems get maintained before they break, and you get one number to call. Includes everything in Monitoring & SLA.

What's included

  • Help desk for your staff (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Everything in Infrastructure Monitoring & SLA
  • Maintenance of servers, virtual machines, computers, and software
  • Security basics done right: endpoint protection, firewall, email security, staff phishing awareness
  • Vendor management (ISPs, software providers, suppliers)

What you can expect

  • Guaranteed response times, defined in your contract
  • Monthly report on issues resolved and system health
  • Quarterly review of what your business needs next
  • Onboarding completed within two weeks of signing
Pricing: A fixed monthly fee based on staff count, locations, and systems covered — quoted after your free assessment. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because a 12-person firm with one server and a 90-person company with three branches don't cost the same — a one-size price would mean one of them overpays. We scope your environment first (free), then give you a fixed quote in writing. Once quoted, the price doesn't move.

What does the free IT assessment involve?

A 30-minute call, then a review of your current setup — remotely or on-site. You receive a written report covering your risks and recommendations, plus a fixed quote. No obligation; the report is yours to keep either way.

Is a private cloud overkill for a business our size?

If you run two or more server workloads — accounting, files, a database, an ERP — a private cloud usually pays for itself in hardware, power, and downtime savings. If you don't need it, the assessment will say so, and we'll tell you.

Private cloud vs. public cloud — which do we need?

Public cloud (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) is right for email and files. A private cloud is right for the systems you want on your premises — accounting, ERP, databases — without recurring dollar-billed hosting. Most of our clients use both, and the assessment will map which of your systems belongs where.

What's the difference between Monitoring & SLA and Managed IT?

Monitoring & SLA covers your infrastructure — servers, private cloud, network, backups — and is the right fit if you have an internal IT person for day-to-day user issues. Managed IT covers everything, including a help desk for your staff. Monitoring clients can upgrade any time.

Can you supply hardware without the installation, or vice versa?

Yes. Some clients want procurement only; others already have equipment and need it properly installed and configured. Both are fine — the quote will reflect exactly what you asked for.

Do you work outside Abuja?

Yes. Remote support, monitoring, and cloud work are location-independent, and we handle on-site projects across Nigeria. Tell us where you are in the assessment call.

Not sure which service you need?

That's what the assessment is for. Book the call — we'll tell you exactly what you need, and exactly what it costs.
